Lying One-Leg Pike Stretch

  1. Lie on your right side. Extend one leg forward, this will help you to keep balance while stretching. This is your starting position.
  2. From the starting position, bend your left knee behind you and grab the foot with your hand. To stretch your hip muscles, pull your foot towards yourself as pushing your left hip forward.
  3. Lie on the opposite side and stretch your right leg.
