Kneeling Forearm Stretch

  1. Kneel down and place your hands on the floor. Your palms are pointed back toward your torso. This is your starting position.
  2. Slowly lean back keeping your palms flat on the floor.
  3. Keep moving until you feel a stretch in your forearms and wrists.
  4. Hold in this position for 20–30 seconds.
