Straight Arm Overhead Stretch

  1. Stand straight with your feet slightly apart and your arms at side. This will be your starting position.
  2. From the starting position, raise the arms in front of you without bending them at the elbows. For better stretching, raise your arms overhead. Your palms should face your body.
  3. Return to starting position and repeat the exercise for the prescribed amount of repetitions.
