Smith Machine Overhead Press
- To begin, place a flat bench on a Smith machine. Position the barbell so that when seated, the arms can easily reach out the barbell.
- Unlock the barbell from the support and place it above yourself on extended arms. When performing the exercise, keep your feet stationary. This will be your starting position.
- Slowly lower the barbell down to the chin level.
- Then lift the barbell back to the starting position as you exhale.
