Single-Leg Press

  1. Position yourself on the leg press machine. Place one foot on the platform and the other on the floor. This is your starting position.
  2. Unlock safety bars to release the platform and take the weight on the working leg.
  3. Bend the leg at the knee, lowering the platform to the bottom.
  4. From the bottom point, powerfully and effectively push the platform out.
  5. Complete all scheduled repetitions for one leg and then for the other.
