Single-Leg Press
- Position yourself on the leg press machine. Place one foot on the platform and the other on the floor. This is your starting position.
- Unlock safety bars to release the platform and take the weight on the working leg.
- Bend the leg at the knee, lowering the platform to the bottom.
- From the bottom point, powerfully and effectively push the platform out.
- Complete all scheduled repetitions for one leg and then for the other.
