One-Leg Pike Stretch

  1. Sit on a stretching mat and extend your right leg in front of you. Bend your left leg so that the foot rest against the right inner thigh. This is your starting position.
  2. Lean forward, holding the stretched leg ankle, until you feel a stretch in your hamstring.
  3. Hold this position for 15 seconds, then repeat stretch with other leg.
