L-Sit

  1. Sit on the floor. Leaning forward, grasp your hips above the knees with both hands.
  2. Keep your knees together and your legs stretched forward. Press the chest to the knees. Pulling your back off the knees as you grab your hips with the hands, you can stretch your back muscles.
