Roman Chair Leg Raise

  1. Position yourself in the machine with elbow pads and grab the handles. Your arms should be bent at a 90-degree angle.
  2. Legs should be lowered and the torso straight with the lower back pressed against the pad. This will be your starting position.
  3. Exhaling, lift your knees up to the chest. Once the movement is performed, hold in this position.
  4. Inhaling, slowly return to starting position.
  5. Perform for the required amount of repetitions.
