Roman Chair Leg Raise
- Position yourself in the machine with elbow pads and grab the handles. Your arms should be bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Legs should be lowered and the torso straight with the lower back pressed against the pad. This will be your starting position.
- Exhaling, lift your knees up to the chest. Once the movement is performed, hold in this position.
- Inhaling, slowly return to starting position.
- Perform for the required amount of repetitions.
