Knee Hug Stretch

  1. Lie down on your back with your knees bent and pulled up to your chest. This is your starting position.
  2. Relax your upper body and without overloading the lower back raise your back off the floor pushing towards the knees.
  3. Pause in this position.
  4. Hold in such position for 5–15 seconds.
