Full Sit-Up
- Lie down on the floor and fix your feet. Your legs should be bent at the knees.
- Place your hands behind your head by clasping your fingers on the nape. This will be your starting position.
- Exhaling, elevate your upper body so that it creates an imaginary V-shape with your thighs.
- After a brief pause, back down to the starting position while inhaling.
- Repeat for the required amount of repetitions.
