Folded Hands Straight Arm Overhead Stretch
- Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Clasp your fingers with palms facing down while contracting triceps. This is your starting position.
- Slowly pull your hands up keeping muscle contraction.
- Hold in the top point for 5–10 seconds. Return to the starting position.
- Keeping your back straight, perform the movement for specified amount of repetitions.
