Folded Hands Straight Arm Overhead Stretch

  1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Clasp your fingers with palms facing down while contracting triceps. This is your starting position.
  2. Slowly pull your hands up keeping muscle contraction.
  3. Hold in the top point for 5–10 seconds. Return to the starting position.
  4. Keeping your back straight, perform the movement for specified amount of repetitions.
