Elbow Circles

  1. Exercise can be performed in a sitting or standing position.
  2. Put your hands on your shoulders and slightly lift your elbows up to shoulder level. This is your starting position.
  3. From the starting position, slowly rotate your elbows in a circular motion without raising your wrists off the shoulders.
  4. Perform the required amount of repetitions first in one direction, then in another.
