Dumbbell Sitting Biceps Curl Over Scott Bench

  1. Sit on the bench, resting your elbows on top block. Hold the dumbbells at shoulder level. This will be your starting position.
  2. Inhaling, slowly lower the dumbbells by extending your arms until you feel the biceps stretching.
  3. Exhaling, curl the dumbbells upward while contracting the biceps. Hold the contracted position for a brief pause as you squeeze your biceps. At the end of the movement, the dumbbells should be at shoulder level.
  4. Repeat for the required amount of repetitions.
