Dumbbell Sitting Biceps Curl Over Scott Bench
- Sit on the bench, resting your elbows on top block. Hold the dumbbells at shoulder level. This will be your starting position.
- Inhaling, slowly lower the dumbbells by extending your arms until you feel the biceps stretching.
- Exhaling, curl the dumbbells upward while contracting the biceps. Hold the contracted position for a brief pause as you squeeze your biceps. At the end of the movement, the dumbbells should be at shoulder level.
- Repeat for the required amount of repetitions.
