Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly pointing out. Hold your baby safely with both arms in front of your chest. Sit your butt back while keeping your back flat and chest up. Take care to be sure, that your baby feels safe and relaxed and enjoys each repetition. Push your knees out while you go all the way down. Come back up to the starting position pushing your feet into the ground and keeping the back straight.
