Jumping Jack Fit Drills Exericise

Preparation

Stand on underground which is safe for jumping

Start Position

Stand upright with your feet together. Shift the weight forward onto the footballs Let the arms hang loose

Jump up from both feet at the same time, spread the legs and land on the feet again. In the same time move your arms out and up over the head

End Position

Land in a stance a bit wider than the hips. The hands meet above the head, palms facing forward or towards each other

2‹Þ

Jump up from both feet again. Bring the feet together and arms down

Repeat

Back to the start position. Repeat for the planned number of times or duration

Purpose

Stamina. Cardiovascular endurance
